Printec Group relocates to office space in Floreasca Park

Printec Group, one of the leading providers of business-to-customer technology solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, has relocated its headquarters to an office space in Floreasca Park, following a transaction worth over EUR 1.1 million.

The transaction involved the lease of approximately 1,200 sqm of office space, located on the ground floor and third floor of the building owned by investment funds Resolution Property and Zeus Capital Management, and was brokered by real estate consultancy CBRE Romania.

“It was a challenge to be able to meet the requirements formulated by Printec Group, to find a space of 150 sqm on the ground floor and approximately 1,000 sqm on an upper floor, in a premium building in a well-connected area, that would meet the needs of both employees and the company’s clients. We relied on our knowledge of the market and approached the situation creatively, so as to find the right solution in the context of the relatively limited offer,” said Anca Păuna, Senior Consultant, Office Advisory, CBRE Romania.
