Procter & Gamble Moves its 700 Employees to Yunity Park
The American company Procter & Gamble is set to move its headquarters in Bucharest to the Yunity Park buildings of real estate developer Liviu Tudor, in the context in which the current headquarters in Iride will be demolished by the new owner, businessman Alin Niculae, according to sources in the real estate market.
P&G has extended its lease for its current headquarters, which occupies approximately 6,000 square meters within Iride Business Park, but, in parallel, has secured the lease of another 6,500 square meters in the neighboring office buildings, Yunity Park.
The two business parks are located in the vicinity of the Pipera metro station in Bucharest. Both lease transactions were brokered by the real estate consulting company IO Partners.
