Prologis sold its Park Galanta-Gáň in Western Slovakia to Chinese investor CNIC Corporation Limited. The transaction is considered to be a record one in the CEE, due to the park’s area, which totals 240,000 sqm of logistic space. The park consists of four 100 percent leased buildings, with Tesco and Samsung being the largest tenants. Tesco opened its new distribution center for CE in the park last month. The sale includes also a 7,000 sqm BTS warehouse for a logistic company involved in recycling of the industrial plastic waste. After completion of this hall, the park will be developed to full capacity. Kinstellar and JLL represented Prologis, CNIC hired Dentons and Colliers.
