A research and development company, active in Poland for over a decade, has extended its lease at Quattro Business Park in Kraków. The tenant, occupying around 2,500 sqm, also opted for a major office redesign, executed by Globalworth’s Workplaces team.

The company chose to stay due to the high standards of the building and excellent transport links. Renovations, completed in just 2.5 months, included upgrades to safety systems, installation of energy-efficient LED lighting, and the addition of phone booths and coffee points.

Julie Archambalut, Property Management Director at Globalworth, emphasized that the lease renewal confirms Quattro Business Park’s appeal. The complex, located on Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue, comprises five buildings with 66,000 sqm of office space. It features parking for 1,300 cars, retail services, and holds top environmental and health safety certifications.
