Radio ZU leases the last 1,540 sqm office space at MIRO Office Property

Hili Properties plc, the owner of the MIRO Office property in Romania has leased the last 1,540 sqm of office space to Radio ZU, one of Romania’s most popular radio stations, taking MIRO’s occupancy to 100percent. The deal was supported by the MIRO property developer SPEEDWELL Development.

Situated in Bucharest’s northern area along the DN1 road, MIRO stands out as a premier destination for office and retail activities, spread over five levels and with a total leasable area of 23,000 sqm. This A-class office building has achieved the highest environmental certifications in Romania, including BREEAM Excellent and WELL certifications, highlighting its commitment to sustainable environments and employee well-being.
