The five-star Radisson Blu hotel in Cluj-Napoca, developed by Winners Park Invest, opened in June 2022, operated at an average occupancy rate of over 70 percent in June and entered the peak season, given the events scheduled in Cluj-Napoca.

"The degree of occupancy in June is over 70 percent, but in the first five months the days off and holidays were felt and we had an average of 55 percent. We are in the high season with many city events: Sports Festival, TIFF Techsilvanya, Electric, Untold but also many personal events," said Nina Moldovan, president of the board of Winners, the company that manages the five-star Radisson Blu hotel in Cluj-Napoca.

"We have started construction on the second building, which will have 20 apartments, a spa area and conference rooms. The appetite for luxury facilities is growing," she added.
