Radu Dimofte is preparing two residential towers

The businessman Radu Dimofte, known as the owner of the KFC and Pizza Hut franchises in Romania, is looking for real estate developers in order to create a private partnership, for the land located in Știrbei Vodă street no. 101 A, with the aim of building a complex of two buildings with 3 basements and 11 floors each, with homes and commercial spaces.

The land has an area of about 4,800 sqm. The investment will be supported by a EUR 7 million loan that Practic SA makes to Blom Bank France, guaranteeing with a series of land and commercial spaces in Bucharest.

Through the Practic company, Radu Dimofte owns buildings and land worth over EUR 82 million. Sphera Francise Group is the main business in Dimofte's group. Through it he operates KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants. The businessman also manages the Cinnabon, Paul and Hard Rock Cafe brands in Romania.
