Raul Ciurtin, Florin Mariș and Dobra family prepare new phase of Estoria City complex

Entrepreneurs Raul Ciurtin, Florin Mariș and the Călin and Alina Dobra family are preparing the necessary documents to start the construction of a new block of 273 apartments within the Estoria City complex that is being developed on the site of the former Policolor industrial platform in the east of Bucharest.

The new development stage will occupy a plot of almost 9,000 sqm of the 14 hectares of the former Policolor paint factory and is located behind the future Mobexpert store.

The investment required to develop this phase is between EUR 15 and EUR 20 million and will include the creation of 400 parking spaces, mostly underground, on two levels. On completion, the project will comprise a total of 1,200 dwellings.
