RCBB Gruppe completes the structure of Silk District Phase III in Iași for Prime Kapital

Constructor RCBB Gruppe has completed the structural works on Phase III of Silk District for developer Prime Kapital. The project in Iași started on November 15, 2024 and was completed after 10 months of work. RCBB Gruppe executed the structure for four residential blocks with a basement, ground floor, 11 floors and a technical floor, plus an above-ground parking structure with a basement, ground floor and two floors.

Phase III of Silk District adds approximately 500 apartments to the city's residential stock. The volume of works included 85,000 sqm of executed slab, 1,730,000 kg of installed reinforcement and 16,000 cubic meters of poured concrete. The construction team numbered up to 200 people during peak periods.

Silk District is a mixed-use project developed by Prime Kapital in Iași. Phase III is part of a larger development that includes both residential and office spaces.
