Realterm Logistics buys FedEx shed in Boca Raton

Realterm Logistics, the transportation and logistics acquisition arm of the real estate private equity firm Realterm, has paid $16 million for a warehouse leased to FedEx Express in Boca Raton. The 84,380 square foot facility is located west of I-95 at 1101 Clint Moore Road. Built in 1997, the asset boasts 9,000 sqf feet of office and 75,350 sqf. of industrial space. The seller, L&J Schmier, an affiliate of National Marketplace Associates, bought the 8 acre site in 1997 for $6.6 million. The new owner and tenant have signed a long term lease deal for the location.
