The upcoming Comfy Park Bielik, a significant retail development by Redkom Development, is approaching the final stage of its leasing process. With a gross leasable area (GLA) of 17,000 square meters, the project boasts a commercialization rate of 91% nearly six months before its scheduled opening.

Set to be the largest retail park in the region, Comfy Park Bielik offers extensive tenant-mix possibilities, catering to various sectors and providing excellent conditions for both shops and services requiring larger spaces. “The facility we are building and commercializing is undoubtedly unique in the local market. There are not many retail parks offering 30 shops and service units covering basic and more demanding customer needs,” stated Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Head of Leasing at Redkom Development.

The park will feature a diverse range of popular shops and services, including a major grocery operator, Kaufland. The tenant lineup includes fashion and beauty stores, home goods, drugstores, sports products, an optical salon, a florist, a bakery, a travel agency, and Xtreme Fitness Gyms, among others.

In a notable transaction this April, Redkom Development sold the under-construction retail park to Newgate Investment. Despite the sale, Redkom remains responsible for both the construction and commercialization of the facility, collaborating with Mallson Polska for leasing commercial space.

Comfy Park Bielik is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2024. Together with neighboring retail establishments like Castorama, Komfort, Moya, and Merkury Market, it will form the largest retail hub in the region. Its strategic location near expressways is expected to draw not only Bielsko-Biała residents but also those from surrounding villages.
