Redkom Development opens Przystanek Karkonosze retail park in Miłków
Redkom Development has opened Przystanek Karkonosze, a retail park with 15,400 sqm of leasable space located on the outskirts of Karpacz, near the main entrance to the Karkonosze Mountains. The scheme was completed in ten months, following the start of construction less than a year ago.
Przystanek Karkonosze is the company’s fourth retail park in Poland, adding to Glinianka Park (BIG Łubna), Ozimska Park in Opole, and Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała. With this latest project, Redkom has delivered over 60,000 sqm of modern retail space to the Polish market in recent years.
The new retail park features a tenant mix that includes Lidl, Half Price, 4F, Martes Sport, Wojas, Sinsay, Ochnik, CCC, Rossmann, Pepco, Worldbox, Diverse, Action, New Yorker, Media Expert, TEDi, Berlin Doner Kebap, So! Coffee Park, KiK, Apart, and Douglas, among others.
The project was delivered in cooperation with several partners: Mallson handled commercialization, Trasko Invest acted as general contractor, Gleeds provided technical and cost consultancy, and Artside Architekci developed the architectural concept. The design incorporates modern elements with references to the surrounding Karkonosze landscape and the nearby Śnieżka peak.
