Redkom Development: Woolworth as another tenant in Bielsko - Biała retail park

Woolworth, a pioneer of multi-brand, large-format discount shops, will enter a retail park under construction in Bielsko-Biała on more than 1,000 sqm. This will be the brand's first shop in the city.

The brand has announced a dynamic expansion in Europe, which is noticeably progressing from 2023. In the medium term, Woolworth will open a chain of 5,000 shops in Europe. In Poland, the company is focusing on growth and continuing its expansion, with plans to open around 40 new shops in 2024 and a target of 400 units.
The retail park in Bielsko-Biała is one of the facilities being developed by Redkom Development, on the commercialisation of which the company is cooperating with Mallson Polska. The opening is planned for the fourth quarter of 2024.

Redkom Development has arranged space for 30 shops and service units on the 17,000 GLA.

Six months before opening, the Redkom Group can boast a high percentage of leased retail area. The company has already announced lease agreements signed with Kaufland, Xtreme Fitness Gyms, Kodano Optyk or Martes Sport. Now the list of shops is officially joined by Woolworth, whose offer includes clothing, footwear, decorative items, useful products for the home and small household appliances.
