Regina Maria network buys the Muntenia Hospital in Argeş from SIF Muntenia

The Regina Maria network acquired Muntenia Hospital from Piteşti, founded and managed by SIF Muntenia. The transaction amounts to RON 33.6 million. The acquisition must be approved by the Competition Council.

"We are maintaining an accelerated pace of regional expansion. The acquisition of Muntenia Hospital closes the circle of medical care we offer to our patients and subscribers in Argeş, after almost 10 years of presence in the region. This new integration follows our local consolidation direction,“ said Fady Chreih, CEO of Regina Maria Health Network.

At the level of Argeş county, the Regina Maria network has two more clinics, a laboratory and three blood test units.
