Reka Rubber to take up more space at MLP Poznań West

Reka Rubber Polska, a manufacturer of rubber products and rubber and silicone hoses, will double its lease at MLP Poznań West, to close to 4,000 sqm. It is expected to move into the new facility in the second quarter of 2023.

Reka Rubber Polska has ordered additional space at the MLP Poznań West logistics park. As of the second quarter of 2023, it will occupy a total of close to 4,000 sqm of modern space, comprising 3,800 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 160 sqm of office space. Rock Estate assisted the tenant in negotiating the transaction.

Reka Rubber Polska has been a customer of MLP Group for almost a year now, already leasing 2,000 sqm at the logistics centre near Poznań. Thus, the transaction will double its existing lease.

Reka Rubber Polska was established in Dopiewo in 2004 and is part of Finland’s Reka Rubber Group. The company is boosting rapid growth and expansion of its sales markets. Focusing on selected industries, it provides customers with highly specialised, quality products, including rubber and silicon hoses, moulded rubber products, rubber to metal products and customer tailor made rubber parts.

Ultimately, MLP Poznań West will offer more than 141,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse, manufacturing and office space covering an area of over 29 ha. The height of newly built units will be raised to 11.5 m. The logistics centre is located on the western side of Poznań, near the S11 expressway, only 7 km from the A2 motorway junction. Its prime location makes the centre attractive to various businesses.

The contractor responsible for building the warehouses at MLP Poznań West is W.P.I.P., which is expert at building and equipping technologically advanced and sustainable industrial facilities with solutions meeting high environmental standards.
