Remembering CIJ Awards 2019 Poland
Over 130 nominations submitted for CIJ Awards Poland 2019
In this year’s 18th edition of the competition, CIJ Awards Poland 2019, over 130 nominations were submitted for the best and most distinguished projects and developments on the market, and for firms and agencies operating in the real estate sector.
The greatest number of nominations were received by companies: Golub GetHouse (11), Ghelamco Poland (6), EPP (6), White Star Real Estate (5), Panattoni Europe (5) or Cavatina Holding S.A. (4). This year the CIJ Awards Poland competition is divided into six main categories: Development & Developer; Teams & Leaders; Services; Leases & Transactions; Materials; and Creative Spirit. All of the nominations will be evaluated by a 20-person jury, which will select 33 winners.
The Final Gala of the 18th edition of CIJ Awards Poland, where the results of the jury’s work will be announced, will be held on 6 November 2019 at the Raffles Europejski Hotel in Warsaw. The competition categories and the format for the gala have been updated this year. The new features of the competition include such categories as “Game Changer of the Year” and “Best Upcoming Development”. The organizing committee has also established a special “Grand Prix”, which will also be the highest distinction in the poll.
Robert Fletcher, organizer of the CIJ Awards in Poland, said: “We observe dynamic growth in the Polish real estate market, which is why we decided to organize this year’s edition of CIJ Awards Poland differently than in previous years. We hope that the event will be remembered by the industry as one of the most prestigious and innovative on the Polish market.”
The winners of the individual categories will also be nominated for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards. The final gala announcing the winner of that category will be held in Prague on 2 April 2020. Representatives of the leading real estate firms from 10 countries in Central and South-eastern Europe will take part in the final competition.
