UBM Development Czechia has organized a special event to educate the public about their “Open Days” at the Arcus City and Timber Praha residential projects. These guided tours, available every weekday from Monday to Friday at 1:00 PM, offer visitors a chance to explore the unique apartment buildings constructed from CLT panels and equipped with modern technologies. The tours begin at the sales centre located at the project site on Hasilova Street, Prague - Řeporyje.

Timber Praha, a part of the Arcus City project, is notable for its BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and its placement in the most energy-efficient category A. Future residents are expected to move into this newly developed neighborhood in autumn 2024. The Arcus City residential complex comprises a total of 278 units, ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk, along with five commercial units. With 150 apartments already occupied, the project will be fully completed in summer 2024, with buildings G, H, I, and J, K, L, M being the final additions. Lexxus Norton real estate agency exclusively handles the sales for this project.

“The Timber Praha project is truly unique in the Czech Republic. We are seeing significant interest from various sectors, including schools, financial institutions, developers, and politicians,” said Alice Slámová, Marketing and Sales Director of UBM Development Czechia. “We have decided to open the tours to the general public and potential buyers to showcase this innovative housing. Additionally, we are offering a special subsidized mortgage with a guaranteed interest rate for two years, set at 2.89% for available units in Timber Praha and 2.99% for buildings G, H, I.”

Timber Praha features 62 units, ranging in size from 39m² to 110m² and layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. Each unit includes a cellar, underground parking, and either a balcony, terrace, or front garden. Building M, consisting of 15 units, has been sold to an investment fund, while units in building L and individual apartments in building J, K are currently available for sale.

This project emphasizes sustainability and environmental friendliness, boasting BREEAM Excellent ecological certification and an energy certificate in category A. The buildings are equipped with energy-saving features such as heat pumps, geothermal boreholes, and photovoltaic panels. Additionally, exterior blinds, underfloor heating, and a Smart Home system for regulating heating, cooling, and energy consumption are standard. A new bus line within Arcus City will provide direct connections to Stodůlky and Luka, with the official launch scheduled for September 2024.

Buildings G, H, and I are located in the heart of the residential complex, which features a central square with a relaxation zone. These buildings offer a total of 66 units, with sizes ranging from 39m² to 101m² and layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. Each unit includes a balcony, terrace, or front garden, as well as a cellar and underground parking space. Retail units are available on the ground floor. UBM has developed these buildings with BREEAM environmental certification.

Situated on the border of Stodůlky and Řeporyje, the new district offers a tranquil family atmosphere enhanced by the surrounding natural beauty. It also provides all necessary civic amenities, including schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, restaurants, medical facilities, a post office, and other shops. The soon-to-be-opened bus stop in Arcus City will connect residents to metro stations B - Stodůlky and Luka, offering excellent access to the center of Prague in about 20 minutes.
