Revetas Capital secures lease renewal with GlobalLogic at B4B domplex in Kraków

Revetas Capital has announced that GlobalLogic, part of the Hitachi Group, has extended its lease agreement at the Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex in Kraków. The digital product engineering company has been a tenant in the complex since 2016 and occupies 6,500 square metres of office space in Building F.

GlobalLogic, headquartered in Silicon Valley, operates design studios and engineering centres worldwide, serving clients across multiple industries, including automotive, communications, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, media, semiconductors, and technology.

According to Antonio Pomes, Director and Country Head of Portfolio Management at Revetas, the renewal underscores the stability of the tenant base at B4B. Property management services are provided by CERES Management Services.

GlobalLogic was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. Dariusz Madej, Associate in the firm’s Office Department, noted that the negotiations addressed the tenant’s operational needs and reflected the current market environment, which requires balancing the interests of both landlords and tenants.
