Businessman Robertino Georgescu, co-founder of the Metropolitan brand, under which he built over 4,000 apartments, and his associate Marius Bușu, who delivered over 1,000 apartments under the Astrelor Residence brand in the south of Bucharest, are preparing the development of a major residential complex, with 472 apartments, near the Pipera metro station in the capital.

The project is to be built on a plot of land with a total area of about 13,500 sqm, located on Fabrica de Glucoză street, no. 9-11.

The two investors plan to build here three blocks with 11 floors and a total of 472 apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor. The complex will benefit from 543 parking spaces arranged on the 3 underground levels, plus six parking spaces on the ground floor. The investment in the entire project can be estimated at around EUR 70 million.
