Businessman Robertino Georgescu, known for co-founding the Metropolitan brand, has officially ended his partnership with Marius Bușu. The separation has led to a reorganization of their joint projects, with Georgescu now focusing on a new venture under the prestigious Versace Home license.

Georgescu announced that, due to an unsuccessful collaboration, he and Bușu have reallocated their respective projects. Bușu will continue with the development of luxury villas in Pipera and a project along the Văcărești Delta, from which Georgescu has withdrawn.

Georgescu’s new project, Medusa Homes by Versace, will be situated in the corporate district near the Pipera metro station. This initiative follows a licensing agreement with the Italian fashion house secured last year. The development will involve around 400 apartments, built in partnership with the landowners, who will receive apartments as part of the arrangement.

“The project on Glucose Factory Road has already received the Detailed Urban Plan (PUD),” Georgescu stated. “We are now awaiting two additional approvals and anticipate commencing construction by September or October. This will be our most significant project of the year, and it will be developed solely by myself and the landowners.”

The new residential complex is expected to bring a touch of luxury to the area, combining high-end design with strategic location advantages.
