ROCA Industry acquires the Dial company for over EUR 11 million

ROCA Industry, the construction materials holding company of ROCA Investments, has completed the transaction through which it fully acquires the company Dial, an important player in the metal wire products market. The transaction amounts to EUR 11 million, to which up to EUR 3 million will be added, depending on the fulfillment of certain performance metrics.

"The acquisition of the Dial company in the ROCA Industry portfolio represents a natural and important step in the development of the holding and also the materialization of the strategy of increasing the value we bring to our investors," said Ionut Bindea, President of the Board of Directors and interim General Director of ROCA Industry.

Dial, based in Hârșova, Constanța, has a turnover of approximately RON 41 million achieved in the first semester of 2022, and has investment plans totaling approximately RON 40 million.

ROCA Industry has gradually expanded its presence in the construction materials sector and currently owns the companies BICO Industries (70 percent), Sarcom (100 percent), Terra (100 percent), Eco Euro Doors (70 percent), and Dial (100 percent ).
