ROCA Industry plans to reach 8-10 construction materials companies in its portfolio

ROCA Industry, the first industrial holding in Romania, specialized in construction materials, plans to add new companies to the group, 8-10 medium-sized construction materials companies in its portfolio, to contribute to the industrialization of Romania.

"ROCA Industry's mission is to contribute to the reindustrialization of Romania, by adding to the Holding several companies in the field of construction materials (8-10 companies), medium-sized, which do not have access to the capital market or institutional investors to finance development," a report published by the company shows.

Thus, ROCA Industry aims to contribute to the efficiency and improvement of their performance, aiming for regional leadership positions for the companies in the portfolio, whose value it aims to increase over time through the correct and coherent application of business strategies suitable for each one, the report also shows.
