Rompetrol wins RON 57 million contract with Petrom

Petrom, the only company that extracts crude oil and gas from in Romania, has put up for auction in the electronic system a framework contract for “Provision of Probe Matrix Stimulation Services”, which was won by Rompetrol Well Services.

The contract, which was awarded following a tender in which the selection was made based on the price-quality ratio, was won by those from Rompetrol Well Services for about RON 57 million. The services requested by Petrom will be provided in the next three years. This is not the first collaboration between Rompetrol Well Services and Petrom, which are also competitors in the refining and distribution segment of petroleum products in Romania.
