Round Hill Capital has appointed Sandra Burrows as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) as part of its strategy to strengthen operational efficiency and expand its European Living portfolio. Based in London, Burrows will report directly to CEO Michael Bickford and will focus on operational improvements, governance, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Burrows brings 17 years of experience in operations, investor relations, and change management. Before joining Round Hill Capital, she served as Chief Transformation Officer at Praemia REIM, where she led strategic innovation and business growth initiatives. Her background also includes roles at Blackstone and 3i in London, where she specialized in Investor Relations and Private Wealth Solutions.

According to Michael Bickford, Burrows’ pan-European investor engagement experience and operational expertise will play a key role in supporting Round Hill Capital’s long-term strategy. Burrows stated that she looks forward to enhancing efficiency, technology, and communication, while maintaining high service standards for investors.

Round Hill Capital currently manages four discretionary funds and is expanding its fund solutions to meet investor needs. Burrows’ appointment aligns with the firm’s broader focus on scaling its residential investment platform across Europe.
