ROVERE MOBILI leases 4,200 sqm at MIRO offices
SPEEDWELL strengthens its collaboration with ROVERE MOBILI by signing a new agreement and welcoming the company as a tenant in the MIRO, the developer’s office project located in Baneasa, Bucharest. This deal takes MIRO to an 83 percent occupancy rate.
A total of 4.200 sqm of space has been leased by ROVERE MOBILI for a new showroom and office location. ROVERE MOBILI is one of the largest luxury furniture suppliers on the Romanian market. The company joins other reputable names as tenants at MIRO, such as KPMG, COS, EATON, NEOCLINIQUE, SPEEDWELL, MITZU and STRADALE.

MIRO will offer to its tenants 23,000 sqm of A class office spaces, with floor plates of over 4,500 sqm and numerous car parks managed through a smart parking system. Located on DN1, in the Baneasa area of Bucharest, it provides easy access to the northern area, the city centre and the airport.
Since well-being is a focus of the project, the building was designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and a WELL certification. As a result, MIRO recently received the WELL PLATINUM precertification, the highest level obtained to date in Romania. The construction works for MIRO have started in July 2020 and are currently undergoing reception with the authorities to open in December 2021.
