The real estate developer RPF Development, a former partner on the local market of the prestigious investor The Rockefeller Group International, is preparing, in partnership with a firm of the Cartel Alfa syndicate, the final details for the construction of an Art Deco block in place of old buildings of the former factory Flaros leather and shoes, from the Timpuri Noi area of Bucharest.

Since 2018, this company has entered into a partnership with Alfa Hotels, a company of the Alfa Cartel syndicate, which owns the land with an area of about 2,000 sqm on which the new residential project is to be built. The investors propose the construction of a single building, consisting of 3 sections, through interventions on the existing buildings, which will be partially maintained and consolidated.

The project will include 76 apartments. The estimated cost of the demolition and construction works is estimated at EUR 4.6 million.
