S Residence in Mamaia, 70% complete

The construction of the new luxury residential complex in the heart of Mamaia, S Residence, is already 70 percent completed and will be fully completed in the first half of 2022.

In total, the complex integrates 18 apartments, with 2 or 3 rooms but also penthouse type. The prices for the two-room apartments start at EUR 170,000 + VAT, the three-room ones at EUR 350,000, and for the Penthouse, EUR 550,000.
