The Chiriță family, owners of the Sagex construction company, is developing a residential project located in northern Bucharest, after the real estate development division completed 4 projects in Sector 3.

Sagex Construct focuses on the construction of industrial halls and retail parks. The company's turnover reached almost 100 million euros in 2023, a year in which it recorded a profit of 10.5 million euros, a record for its activity. The construction company has Sandu and George Chiriță as shareholders. The two investors, together with Gianina and Lavinia-Grațiela Chiriță, are now working on the development of the Sagex Green Lake Residence residential complex, consisting of a block with a basement, ground floor, 4 floors and a secluded 5th floor, which consists of 77 apartments of 1, 2, 3 and 4 rooms.

The project opens onto Străulești Lake and is being built on Bucharest-Târgoviște road no. 9J, near the former “Doi Cocoși” restaurant.

Sagex’s activity diversified in 2022 by launching its own precast concrete element production division. The group also owns the OTO Street Mall retail park in Otopeni and the Time to Eat catering service provider.
