Savills Poland announces key promotions and structural changes

Savills has announced significant changes and promotions within its investment advisory, valuation, communication, and marketing departments. These strategic moves aim to strengthen the company’s response to evolving market conditions and client needs.

“We are pleased to announce these important changes and promotions within our team,” stated Kamil Kowa, Managing Director of Savills Poland. “Our team development, based on the competencies of experienced managers, reflects our response to the rapidly changing market and our clients’ needs. These decisions are particularly special as they coincide with the celebration of our 20th anniversary in Poland. I am confident that these changes will not only strengthen our team but also enhance the services we provide at the highest level.”

Karina Szafrańska – Head of Valuations

Karina Szafrańska has been promoted to Head of Valuations. In this role, she will lead the department in providing comprehensive advisory services in real estate valuations across all market sectors. With 19 years of experience in property valuation in both Poland and the CEE region, Karina’s expertise includes commercial properties, hotels, residential properties, PRS, student housing, and development land. She has been with Savills since 2006 and has worked closely with leading developers and key financial institutions in Poland.

Karina holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and is a certified property valuer. She also completed postgraduate studies in Property Management, Valuation, and Maintenance, as well as Property Management at Sheffield Hallam University. Since 2011, she has been a member of RICS.

Małgorzata Lińska-Bator – Director in the Investment Department

Małgorzata Lińska-Bator has been promoted to Director in the Investment Department. With over 18 years of experience in advisory projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, including property valuation, feasibility studies, cost optimization, and transactional processes, she brings extensive expertise to her new role. Since joining Savills in 2015, she has focused on the industrial and logistics sector, preparing valuations for over 150 industrial parks, covering nearly 7 million square meters.

Małgorzata is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a postgraduate degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. She is also a certified property valuer and a member of RICS.

Marta Kołodziejska – Head of Marketing & Communication

Marta Kołodziejska has been appointed as the Head of Marketing & Communication. Bringing over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Marta previously led marketing and communication activities at Hillwood and served as Marketing Officer at Goodman (now GLP). In her new role, she will be responsible for strategic PR and marketing activities at Savills, focusing on strengthening market communication, supporting business lines, and developing projects related to new technologies.

Marta holds a degree in Management and Marketing from the Higher School of Infrastructure and Management and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Brokerage and Management at Łazarski University in Warsaw. She is known for her innovative approach to integrating technological solutions with marketing practices.
