The Polish developer Scallier has started the construction of a new retail park in Romania, in Moșnița, near Timișoara. Completion of the retail park is scheduled for the third quarter of next year, and for more than 50 percent of the leasable area of 8,500 sqm, contracts have already been signed with tenants. DM, Sportisimo, TEDi, Fressnapf and Clever Fit are among the retailers to open new units here.

Until now, the company has built and opened retail parks in Roșiorii de Vede, Focșani, Timișoara and Turda, with a total of 40,000 sqm. The developer Scallier entered the Romanian market in the summer of 2020, when it acquired several plots of land for the construction of retail parks.
