The Flow Building, currently under construction on Wenceslas square, has added Scott & Weber to a growing list of tenants that will occupy its 15,000 sqm office component. The serviced offices and co-working space provider will be taking a full floor of the building, roughly 2,500 sqm. The deal's announcement has been in the works for many months and it means that there's now just two floors (roughly 5,000 sqm) left for the building's developer Flow East to lease. Graebel has taken office space in the building, while a confidential client has taken another two floors.

Discussions with WeWork ended months ago. Flow East representatives consider the building's location and quality to ensure that any flexible or serviced offices brand would succeed there, but that they'd been impressed with the quality of the space Scott & Weber is offering at its other locations, such as Praga Studios in Prague 8. The Flow Building’s remaining office space is currently being offered at between €22 and €25 per square meter per month. Primark will open its Prague flagship (and first Czech store) in The Flow Building. The first office tenants will move into the building in July with Primark’s opening reported to be later in the year.
