Securitas moves its offices to the @Expo project

Security services company Securitas has moved its Romanian headquarters to the @Expo office complex developed by Atenor in the Exhibition area of Bucharest, where it occupies 1,250 sqm of space.

The transaction was brokered by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

"This contract reflects very well the most important trends we have seen in the office market in recent years, namely the consolidation of businesses and at the same time relocation to newer buildings with premium specifications from a technical, technological and especially sustainable point of view," says Alin Obretin, Senior Consultant Office Agency Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
