Sekyra Group is planning to issue bonds worth hundreds of millions crowns in 2021, according to an article in the daily E15. "We'll use the resources for the first phase of Smichov and Rohan and partially to refinance external resources," said the company's founder Ludek Sekyra. Sekyra Group's Smichov City project got underway in September, while work on the Rohan Island scheme in Prague 8 is due to begin in teh first quarter of 2021. Both of the huge projects are likely to take a decade to complete and require an investment of roughly CZK 15 billion. E15 points out that Sekyra Group is just latest company to make use of the bond market as both CPI and CTP have done so recently. But it provided no details as to the coupon that will be offered or about its rating .
