"We have had an extremely difficult period in gastronomy related to the pandemic. Even though our restaurants were closed to guests for many months, we had more than usual work at the headquarters, as we had a real fight for the survival of the company and the network. Thank you Dorota, who shared responsibility and duties in the management board in this key period for the company. The actions that we have implemented have allowed us to look to the future with optimism and plan development, among others thanks to the opportunities created by the pandemic. We want to move forward as soon as possible, so thank you the supervisory board for strengthening the management board with people who have been associated with the company for many years and will be able to take up the challenges awaiting us with new motivation," commented President Sylwester Cacek.

Before joining Sfinks Polska, he worked for several years as an entrepreneur, running his own restaurant and online store.

Mateusz Cacek has been associated with the company since 2013. During this period, he was involved in the development of the network, including franchise, for many years, holding managerial positions. From 2020 he is the company's marketing director.
