Silplast has leased 3,500 sqm at Hillwood Ruda Slaska. The company, which produces furniture accessories, was advised by Cushman& Wakefield during the lease process. Hillwood Ruda Slaska is a modern logistics park offering 63,000 sqm of leasable warehouse space. The property is located next to the Rybnik- Bytom national road and the Katowice-Gliwice central agglomeration highway. The location of the facility provides access to the A4 and A1 highways. There are two nearby international airports: the Katowice/Pyrzowice and Krakow airports.
