Silvio Müller joins Palmira Capital Partners as Fund Manager

Silvio Müller, 37, is joining the team at Palmira Capital Partners (Palmira), one of the leading European investors and asset managers of logistics and corporate real estate, as Fund Manager, with immediate effect. In this position, Müller, based in Frankfurt, is jointly responsible, with Rui Mercadal Vieira, for sourcing, acquisition and management of logistics properties for Palmira's various investment vehicles. He reports directly to the managing partners Mathias Leidgeb and Alexander Hoff.

Silvio Müller has more than twelve years’ experience in institutional real estate. He is an acknowledged expert in fund and transaction management. He joins Palmira from DWS Alternatives, where he was portfolio manager. His earlier positions include Head of Real Estate Management at Universal Investment, where he was responsible for the administration of German and Luxembourg funds with a volume of more than EUR 20 billion, and Head of Portfolio Management at Hannover Leasing Investment. After starting his career at PwC, he became Senior Finance Manager at Nuveen Real Estate, where his responsibilities included financial management of the first logistics special AIF, which was initiated jointly with Palmira.

Silvio Müller holds degrees in Real Estate Management (DIA) and Business Administration (BA) with a focus on banking, and a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from the FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
