Karimpol Polska has successfully leased the final available office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. The last tenant, a leading renewable energy developer in Poland, will occupy the entire 7th floor, approximately 1,500 sq. m.

Completed in January 2021, Skyliner stands at 195 meters and is among Poland’s seven tallest office buildings. It offers 45,000 sq. m of BREEAM-certified office space, now fully leased to 24 diverse tenants, including global and local companies such as Aon, Coca-Cola Poland Services, and MicroStrategy.

Michał Orłowski, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Karimpol Polska, expressed pride in the achievement, emphasizing the building’s ability to meet the high standards of its tenants and looking forward to the second phase of the complex, currently under construction.

The second phase, slated for completion by the end of 2026, will feature a 130-meter-high tower with 28 floors and 24,000 sq. m of leasable space, predominantly offices. The building will also include retail and service units, terrace gardens, and aims for an Outstanding BREEAM certification. WARBUD S.A. is the main contractor, with APA Wojciechowski Architekci handling the architectural design, and CBRE Polska supporting leasing efforts.
