Sol-Millennium, a medical equipment producer, has leased 400 sqm at The Warsaw HUB office building in the capital. The investment is a multifunctional skyscraper complex located on Rondo Daszynskiego in the city’s Wola district. The project includes three high-rise buildings: two 130-meter office buildings and an 86-meter hotel tower, connected by a joint podium. The project provides tenants with a variety of solutions, including access to and navigation around the building using smartphones, a car recognition system in the underground car park and a charging station for electric cars. The developer of the project is Ghelamco.
