Sollers Consulting extends lease for office space in Gdansk’s Officyna building

Sollers Consulting has renewed its lease for 1,100 square meters of office space in the Officyna building, located in Gdansk’s Wrzeszcz district. The consultancy firm, which specializes in business and IT solutions, will continue its operations in the property developed by Torus, with Savills advising on the lease extension.

Marcin Pluta, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Sollers Consulting, emphasized the decision to stay put: “Our choice to remain in Officyna reflects our satisfaction with the space. It’s a location that supports our growth and aligns with our ambitious goals. We appreciate Savills for facilitating a seamless renewal process.”

The office space will remain unchanged, underlining the positive assessment of Officyna’s location, standard, and functionality. Marcin Piątkowski, Commercialisation Director at Torus, noted, “We are pleased that Officyna’s advantages have been validated through this lease extension. The decision to maintain the current office size, despite market trends, highlights our commitment to providing a comfortable working environment.”

Officyna is strategically situated on a major road in Wrzeszcz, offering excellent connectivity with nearby public transport options, including bus, tram, and railway stations. The building, completed in two phases, features a total leasable area of 12,300 square meters.

The first phase, housing Sollers Consulting’s office, includes a 5,000-square-meter space with a commercial and service focus. The building, designed by Warsaw-based APA Wojciechowski and commissioned in 2020, holds a LEED Platinum certification and offers amenities such as cycling infrastructure, including showers, lockers, and bike storage.

This renewal highlights the ongoing appeal of Officyna as a prime business location in Gdansk, catering to dynamic companies like Sollers Consulting.
