Sopsa signs 6,400 sqm lease in ELI Parks

Sopsa, a global leader in sustainable waste management solutions, is entering the local market following the signing of a lease for 6,400 sqm of industrial and office space in ELI Park 4, a project in the ELI Parks portfolio.

ELI Parks, a network of Class A logistics and industrial parks, is being developed in partnership by Element Group, founded by Ionuț Dumitrescu, and D Craig Real Estate, the real estate division of investment fund D Craig Holding.
