Sorin Crețeanu attracts Serbian Milos Jovicic as partner in Quartier du Nord project

Businessman Sorin Crețeanu, has attracted Serbian Milos Jovicic as a partner, with a 10 percent stake, in Quartier du Nord, the largest project now managed by the investor, where 743 premium apartments are under construction.

The first phase of this neighbourhood is to have 129 apartments and the second 614 exclusive apartments. Construction of the first phase started in August and has a completion date of October 2025.

In the spring of this year, Crețeanu also co-opted Constantin Dinescu, the partner of entrepreneur Lucian Butnaru in the Zebra Terminals business, which provides the national development of the terminal network for the SelfPay payment platform.
