Speedwell signed a new partnership with ROVERE MOBILI, for its residential projects, THE IVY and RECORD PARK. The purpose of this collaboration is to provide customized offers for furniture products to current and future homeowners in the two residential ensembles.

THE IVY is a residential ensemble located on Jandarmeriei Street, in northern Bucharest, close to the Baneasa forest, and will include a total of 800 apartments comprised in 10 buildings with a P + 6 height regime. THE IVY’s clients can choose from a wide variety of unit types, from studios to 2, 3 and 4-room apartments and penthouses, all with access to many facilities designed for modern living, such as a restaurant, kindergarten, fitness centre with pool, and shop. The construction works for Phase 1, comprising of 2 buildings and 228 apartments, have started at the end of last year and the first building will be delivered in June 2022. Currently, 57% of the available stock of apartments has been sold.

RECORD PARK is a mixed-use project developed by Speedwell in Cluj-Napoca, close to the city center. The construction works have been completed and the residential component of the ensemble adds to Cluj’s real estate market 236 apartments, out of which 98% have been already sold, being presently delivered to the future residents.

“We are happy to announce signing a new partnership with ROVERE MOBILI. Quality is a main theme in all SPEEDWELL projects. As a result, we choose to build partnerships with companies that are advocates for quality. This strategy can only have positive consequences, especially for our clients. Thanks to the partnership between SPEEDWELL and ROVERE MOBILI, our residents will benefit from high-end design furniture at preferential prices meant to perfect the apartments’ interiors. Just like our projects, ROVERE creates customizable pieces, adequate for any kind of personality,” states Didier Balcaen, CEO and CO-Founder at SPEEDWELL.
