Speedwell has obtained a building permit for The Ivy residential complex, which will go up in Bucharest’s Baneasa district. The project will offer a total of 800 units in 10 buildings spread over 5 ha. Residents will have access to a variety of facilities, including a restaurant, a swimming pool, a kindergarten, a fitness center and shops. Speedwell is collaborating with the residential division of the real estate consulting company Knight Frank Romania, which is overseeing apartment sales. Since the start of the sales campaign in February, 45 percent of the available stock has already been sold.
