Stage Capital has sold Galeria Nad Jeziorem, a shopping centre of approximately 21,000 sqm in Konin, to Saller Group. Avison Young acted as the exclusive sales agent for the seller, with legal advice provided by Wolf Theiss.

Opened in 2002 and extended in 2018, Galeria Nad Jeziorem is anchored by Carrefour and hosts a mix of Polish and international retailers including Bricomarché, Martes Sport, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, CCC, and Euro RTV AGD. The scheme also features a Helios cinema. Asset management, property management, technical, and leasing services were recently provided by Balmain Group on behalf of Stage Capital.

According to Stage Capital Partner James Huckle, the company’s strategy focused on enhancing the tenant mix, including renewing Carrefour in a revised format, introducing brands such as Sinsay, and preparing plans for further extension. In 2024, the centre recorded 2.8 million visitors, continuing a trend of stable footfall growth.

Avison Young’s Regional Manager for EMEA, Michał Ćwikliński, described Galeria Nad Jeziorem as a fully leased, dominant retail destination in its catchment area, noting that the transaction reflects ongoing investor interest in established shopping centres with resilient performance.
