Stefan Oana (BlueHouse Capital) confirmed to speak at CEDER 2012

Since April 2006 Stefan Oana is Country Manager for Romania of BlueHouse Capital a private equity real estate investment management firm focused in the property markets of South East Europe.
He is coordinating the implementation of BlueHouse investment strategy in Romania and is responsible for the asset management of portfolio in the country.
The local office has been providing also development management for office projects like Victoria Center and Olympia Tower, landmark buildings housing reputable multinationals local offices.
