Straulesti Lac Alfa developing resi project in Bucharest

Straulesti Lac Alfa SA, the company owned by SIF Moldova and Cityring Property, is developing a residential project in Bucharest’s Lake Straulesti area near the Colosseum retail park. The project is going up on a 9 ha plot. Atria Urban Resort will offer 1,400 apartments that will be developed in four phases. Completion is set for 2023. Costs are expected to top €100m. The first phase, comprising a total of 160 apartments, a private park and a swimming pool, is already under construction and is due to be delivered in the third quarter of 2019.
