Sun & Snow, which manages the rental of more than 2.7 thousand flats, in more than 50 resorts and cities in Poland, in accordance with the strategy announced in 2022, is successively strengthening its presence in the B2B segment, especially in the conference market.

Sun & Snow's increasingly strong position on the market for the organisation of conferences and workshops for companies is the result of adapting the infrastructure in Białka Tatrzańska to these purposes, as well as extending the offer to include the Czarna Góra Resort, which has opened up new possibilities for creating an offer in the B2B segment. In the Sun & Snow Resorts Białka Tatrzańska complex, there is a conference and lecture hall, which, with a cinema layout, can comfortably accommodate up to approximately 100 people. The facility itself can handle up to 120 overnight stays simultaneously in 73 suites. The Czarna Góra Resort, on the other hand, already has 12 conference and workshop rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 150-200 people, while accommodation can be prepared for up to around 800.

"The asset that attracts people to Czarna Góra Resort is the comprehensiveness of its services. In one place and under one banner, there is an atmospheric inn and accommodation with conference facilities and a SPA & Wellness area, restaurants, a ski and bicycle centre, and a total of nearly 60 hectares of attraction-filled recreational areas. In addition, we have event facilities here that allow us to organise events - from multi-panel conferences through workshops, congresses, concerts, to incentive trips and team-building events. This is a very big asset in terms of developing B2B services. Our team recently organised, for example, an event for 900 people with an open-air party and a big stage with concerts," says Mariola Skorupa, Sun & Snow's Sales and Marketing Director. "We hope that in the near future the Czarna Góra Resort and Bialka Tatrzanska, in terms of B2B services, will also join: Sun & Snow Resort Lipki Park Zakopane and Sun & Snow Resort Kołobrzeg," Mariola Skorupa adds.

Białka Tatrzańska is a resort located just 100 km from Krakow, while Czarna Góra is just over 100 km from Opole and Wrocław in the Kłodzko Basin. In winter, it is one of the best places for all skiing enthusiasts, while in summer it is for cyclists and hiking enthusiasts.

"Silence, greenery and clean air make the Czarna Góra Resort and Białka Tatrzańska the perfect places for assimilating knowledge, building business relations and a synergic team, as well as for active or completely relaxing holidays. In addition, our team takes an individual approach to each event, both in terms of pricing and meeting the client's needs," emphasises Mariola Skorupa from Sun & Snow Marketing.

This is not the only Sun & Snow initiative aimed at corporate clients. Some time ago, the company separated from its offer premises where it is possible to combine remote work with leisure, which was a response to the demand reported by companies looking for new benefit solutions for their employees. The company's offer is also dedicated to the best non-wage benefit systems, which, e.g. in the form of Vouchers, can be an interesting alternative to traditional employee holiday subsidies.
