The Austrian company Supernova has decided to launch a new business concept in Republic of Croatia, and is entering its first greenfield project of building office buildings in Zagreb. As part of the Supernova commercial and business zone in Buzin, the construction of the Supernova Office Towers project is planned to begin in the spring of 2024. The project involves the construction of two new business towers with modern office spaces, boasting 125 outdoor parking spaces and an underground garage with an additional 220 parking spaces.

In addition to the construction of the business centre itself, the plan is to expand the existing shopping centre (Supernova Buzin) by an additional 5,656 sqm. This includes the construction of an extension of the retail park, storage spaces, and other spaces for various purposes. The project also includes the remodelling of part of the shopping centre i.e. its outdoor parking area and its conversion into a new, lush and green oasis.
