Boris Drigalski, 52, is joining the management of talyo. Property Services GmbH (Talyo) with effect from 1 January 2024. Working together with Susanne Tattersall and Martin Henke, he will manage Talyo and continue to develop and drive the growth process. What’s more, Drigalski will enable Talyo to focus on the "WEG (condominium property) management" area of business and gradually expand it.

The background to the expansion of the management team is Talyo’s steady growth and the broadening of its range of services. Over the past six months, for example, the young company has centralised and expanded its deposit and receivables management and rent adjustment services.

Susanne Tattersall comments: "We have strengthened our team in all areas. This makes us well equipped to continue the successful implementation of our business plan, which envisages least 25,000 units under management by 2025. It also enables us to ensure that each of our business areas is given the necessary level of attention, while we remain open to new business opportunities. The increased responsibility toward our clients and our increased workload are therefore being shouldered by more members of the management team."

Boris Drigalski is a graduate of the BBA - Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e. V., Berlin. He has worked in the property industry for more than 30 years, in commercial, technical and infrastructural property management, including over 25 years in management positions. Other milestones in his career include working for GAGFAH Immobilien Management, Becker & Kries Immobilien Management and the DIM Group, where he was responsible for the residential and office asset classes throughout Germany, together with the development and expansion of third-party management for private and institutional investors and owners' associations. Before joining Talyo, he was Managing Director of Gewobag VB Vermögensverwaltungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft, a subsidiary of the municipality-owned Gewobag, where his main areas of specialisation also included the management of condominium owners' associations.

Boris Drigalski: "Talyo is a byword for meaningful, high-quality property management and social responsibility. I am therefore particularly pleased to be able to strengthen the company's added value with my expertise and to establish condominium management as an additional business area, alongside residential and micro-living."

Talyo has offices in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart. The company manages around 12,000 residential units, with a total lettable area of over 600,000 square metres, in around 100 German cities. In just over three years since the company was founded, the number of staff has climbed to over 80.
