Talyo Property Services instructed with property management at five locations

Talyo Property Services GmbH (Talyo) has taken over the property management of five residential properties for CT Real Estate Partners Germany. The instruction covers commercial and technical property management and, for some properties, letting. This is the first time the two companies have collaborated.

The properties are situated in Bochum, Düsseldorf, Karlsruhe, Nuremberg and Wesseling, to the south of Cologne. They provide a total of 336 residential and 15 commercial units.

Talyo is managing the properties from its offices in Düsseldorf and Nuremberg. The property management of four of them has already started. The onboarding process of the fifth property is under way, with management scheduled to start on 1 March 2023.

Talyo plans to expand its portfolio of properties under management to around 20 to 25,000 residential units throughout Germany by 2025. As well as traditional rental apartments, this will include apartments in the 'Student housing' and 'Serviced apartments' segments. The company currently manages around 12,000 residential units.
